read books (real adult books mind), ask for personal tutor, perhaps watch films and observe how they speak. Listen to podcasts. Find a thesaurus book since they will help you find suitable words similar to the ones you're thinking of e.g. 'like' and 'attraction'. Read poetry and try to think how the author wants you to think by the way they word phrases or use certain words
