All ideas are subjective, so what works for one person may not work for you.

Personally, I would work out how long it takes me to do each chapter of all my subjects and then organise when i'll study it:
e.g 20/11/18- Learn Chemistry Chapter 21
21/11/18- Do Exam questions on Chemistry Chapter 21
22/11/18- Review Maths Chapters 11 and 12

Then on each day, I break down the total number of hours that i'm able to study that day, and assign work to each hour.
e.g 4-6pm- Review Maths Chapter 11
7:30-9pm- Review Maths Chapter 12
