Predicted grades

I am applying from Italy and my English IELTS teacher has written the reference for me. I read on UCAS that for the application universities ask Predicted grades. Where do I have to put them? Because my referee isn't my high school teacher so she doesn't know which are my predicted grades!

Any pending qualifications will be shown to your referee for them to add your predicted grades. If your referee doesn’t know your predictions then it’s your responsibility to make sure they know them so they can include them in your reference.
