I would like to sit 4 edexcel igcse exams. Maths, biology, chemistry and physics. Are there specific examination dates for these subjects? I understand that the IGCSE qualifications have recently changed to 9-1, I have downloaded the course specification/syllabus for each subject from the edexcel website and have begun studying the content. If i feel like i need longer to prepare for the examination, or if i feel like the exam dates are too soon, can i just sit them at a later date, or will the subject content change? Maybe this is a stupid question hahaha. Like if i am studying 'Edexcel International GCSE
Biology (2017)' which has an assessment date of 2019. If i would like to sit the exam at a date later than that, is that possible? Or would i have to study according to a different specification? Like 'Edexcel International GCSE
Biology (2019)'?? Or something. Hopefully this makes sense lol..

You can sit IGCSE Biology in the summer or in January. The current specification will start from June 2019 and it usually lasts for several years so you should be ok if you don't want to sit it straight away as this specification has only just been added..
