3. BA International Hospitality Management & Tourism Edinburgh Napier University
4. BA International Hospitality and Tourism Management Queen Margaret University Edinburgh
5. BA Hospitality & Tourism Management University of Strathclyde Glasgow

is it okay to apply for several courses in one university in the same department

It’s not recommended. You appear to be confused about what to study to the university and they might doubt your commitment.

With similar courses there’s a strong chance that you can swap between them throughout the first year or more of the degree.

You can only accept one firm choice. Which would you pick? Apply just to that one and either use the other two choices to apply elsewhere or leave them unused.
