thats the worst thing you can do, if you look like you're trying to control who she can speak to she will break up with you.

you'll just have to make sure you give her more of your own attention. that helps.

Do you have any reason that she's going to do anything with him apart from the fact that he's a ****boy? It seems as though you're insecure about her having male friends. You don't trust her enough and the moment you start dictating who she can be friends with, the more your worries will end up being a self-fulfilling prophecy.
