Using old driving license as form of ID

Hi guys,

Basically, I have an interview next week for what is essentially my dream job. However, I don't have a passport and all I have is my old driving license that I have already reported as lost but I re-found it.

What do they need the ID for? I have no other form of ID except this and tax documents like my P60 and p45 for my previous job. Will this be acceptable? HELP :frown: should I just ring them and explain that I am awaiting a new driving license and just order one ASAP?

Thanks guys,

They'll need it for proof of who you are and your right to work in the UK. Can you not cancel the new driving licence seeing as you've found the old one?

Birth certificate should work.
