ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral.
PAQ is a tangent to the circle at A.
BC = CD
Angle QAB = 38° and angle BAD = 76°

Show that AD is parallel to BC.

Obviously you're going to need circle theorems & perhaps other angle facts, too.
Let's see your diagram & working/ideas & see how we go on from there.
