CTSC Query Management & Case Administration Officer Birmingham/Stoke

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else applied for the CTSC Query Management & Case Administration Officer posts which were advertised back in October? There were 530 vacancies so quite a large recruitment campaign for just two areas!

They took a while to get back to me but I'm now booked to have an interview/some kind of assessment next week - but I've emailed them recently though to try and get some clarification on what the format for interview will be because the candidate pack said we would be told but I've heard nothing further.

Anyone else applied/going to interview?
