Nice skirt and top, great body and legs, I would say during the summer don't wear tights but during winter I would wear tights. If you're just wearing it around the house then don't wear tights
I'd wear it with bare legs, but I never wear tights anyway. It could look OK with tights, if you're used to wearing them then now's maybe not the best time to switch to bare legs.
Whatever you like, no need to ask people
