I fainting after smoking a cigarette Why does this happen?

So I wake up for college I didn’t sleep a lot like 4 hours I went to smoke a cigarette after I went inside to work because I felt fizzy next minute I am on the floor I don’t know why is that happening to me it happened 3 times now please help should I go to doctor?

Definitely see a doctor. In the meantime, don’t smoke.

It's probably not related to the cigarette, but you should definitely go to the doctors if you have fainted more than once (with some urgency)! X
