how do I get full marks in a writing assessment/exam for GCSE french? what would I need to include, apart from a lot of tenses? thankyou x

btw my exam board is edexcel

Hey! I’m doing AQA, but I’m sure that these techniques will come in handy for any exam boards.

- Use negative and opposing structures (Eg: I like chicken, however I do not like fish.)

- Use high level adjectives such as: Inoubliable

- Learn some set phrases, just google ‘GCSE French writing structures’ and pick five that you like

- Back up EVERY reason with an opinion

- Use other subject pronouns! (She, they, we etc.)

- Use quantifiers (eg: Really, incredibly etc)

This is what I do to get 8s in French! Good luck! Practice essays are also helpful.
