Case Notes

I’m struggling to structure my case notes and then also learn them. At the moment I’m doing a flashcard system with the case, key points or a summary, and then I include the judgments and rule etc. I’m relay not sure this is really working for me though

So what ways do your structure you case notes and does anyone have any suggestions for how to make them and the best way to lean them?
