idk how to express sin190 and tan (-150) terms of acute angles

ik the answers are -sin90 and tan30 but idk how to get there, can someone go through it step by step?

I'm going to assume you know what the unit circle is (which is the easiest method personally).

Also to point out, it shouldn't be -sin90, it should be -sin10.
