I have been feeling extremely exhausted....low and drained. I just feel as if I am not good enough to accomplish my goals any longer!! Can someone please give me advice to outweigh this negativity with positivity and determination?
Get a good night's sleep. Tomorrow, make a list breaking down your goals/stuff you have to do and approach it methodically so it seems less overwhelming.
