Help and adviceWatch
My modules are investigating social world and investigating psychology.
I choose criminology and psychology btw, and I would like to get all the advices about exams and studying and that how it’s gonna be !
My specific question is that how is studying at the OU, how difficult it is and stuff like these..
I recomend you read the OU website and all the information on the modules you've enrolled in. It's really important to understand all the major aspects before you start!
I studied Investigating Psychology last year. There are no exams, just TMA’s, ICMA’s and an EMA. All count towards your final score in some way.
Fwd is right. It’s a very gradual introduction to higher education with lots of information on valuable skills, like essay writing. I myself had no experience in psychology prior to the module you are about to study and I passed with a distinction - if I can do it anyone can ☺️.
Best of luck and if you have any further questions give me a shout.
