Can I sue?
I’m currently in university. I’m wondering if I would have a withstandable case in court if I were to sue my primary and secondary schools for failing to respond to my at home neglect from my parents?
How would I go about doing this or set the ball rollingg?

Although, I am not a lawyer, but if you must sue you must make sure that: (1) You are still within the statutory limit. (2) There are records of your complaints of the neglects that you reported to the school officials. Or else, it's just your words against theirs (that's your parents).
