Army reserves

Hi - I'm looking into the reserves but there isnt much information online.
What would my role be? I know theres many but how can they have someone do one role while only working minimum? I'm at university and a woman i spoke to said its flexible. Would it provide an okay income? Is it sustainable?

OR.. UOTC? Do you get paid for being in the UOTC? Recommend it over the resrves?
