Yes.
Most shops, banks and casinos have a no helmet/hat/hoodie/balaclava rule.
Some even include bandannas.

unless you got a f̶a̶k̶e̶ Armani pouch, scarf known as a balaclava, b̶i̶n̶ ̶b̶a̶g̶ Nike jacket and a cap from JD.
