I was born in Austria ( NOT AUSTRALIA) but my parents were both born in Pakistan. I live in the uk and have been for like 12 years.

Birth in Austria does not in itself confer Austrian citizenship. However it may lead to a reduction in the residence requirement for naturalisation as an Austrian citizen. Foundlings under the age of 6 months are legally presumed to have Austrian citizenship.

legally it depends how long your parents were in Austria you most likely are a british citizen and/or an austrian citizen. you could have three nationalitys though. Are your parents pakistani or just born there because you would inherit their citizenship legally. if your parents werent also austrian it also depends on your age and when you left austria Sorry if it might be confusing to read im just getting the hang of the TSR writing style Although some people may ultimately decide to define your nationality by the way you look
