Which unis are biased more on statistics?

Certain universities like Loughborough and Imperial are biased towards computing and mechanics respectively; but which unis are more focussed on statistics?

One of my mates from 6th form is in his first year there and has said that the teaching is poor and the material hasn't really gone past A-level stuff yet.
If you want to do more stats do a maths and stats degree. Nottingham offers a full statistics degree I think
