Messaging broken on King's Apply?

Is it possible that the messaging system is broken on King's Apply? Sent messages 3 weeks and a week ago and still no reply received... Has anyone experienced this before?

I submitted my application 7 weeks ago and wanted to have an update of its status. What else can I do to contact the admission team? Or I just paid the application fee for nothing because no one at the admission team cares to reply messages anyway? :/

Urgg I was sooo hoping you got a reply because I'm experiencing the same thing. I sent them a message about my grades about a week ago and haven't heard back. I then sent them another message a few days ago and still: silence. You wrote this a month ago, have they responded yet? If not I think the best thing would be to call them and ask.
