Hi,

I’m on the Phonological loop as part of Baddeley and Hitch’s working memory model.

I understand that the loop is made of a Phonological store (the inner ear) and an articulatory process (the inner voice).

Can anyone explain to me how these two parts of the loop actually link together and are represented as a loop please?

Thanks!

I'm not cirtain but I believe that the model has a semi-elusive element in which it explains what parts do but not how they relate to each other, instead just substituting 'episodic buffer', maybe this is what you are after?
