Starts this Saturday, some say it is boring but I don't think it is that bad. Many ex F1 drivers race in it including Felipe Massa who says it is way better than F1.

Indeed. Those Techeetah's were stupidly fast. I quite liked the Attack Mode, made the race very interesting at the end.

It’s certianly going that way. Getting rid of car swaps (and now having one car doing the whole race) helps the environmental image.

Yeah they managed to come up with a car advanced enough to last a whole race.

Round 2 was just over a week ago in Marrakesh, Morocco. The big story of the race where 2 incidents. JEV Kamakazied it into t1 and spun right in front of the pack. Later in the race, the BMWs while running 1-2 collided (Da Costa was at fault) this let the sneaky d’Ambrosio sneak to victory from Rh Virgins of Frinjs and Bird.

It was not a good race for HWA Racelab who suffered a double retirement, with Waffles battering everyovdy again on Fanboost. Race 3 takes place this Saturday in Santiago. Chile.

And race 3 did take place in Chile yesterday.

A rapidly improving track in Qualy coupled with the rules gave us an unusual grid. Series leader d’Ambrosio started 21st, with Da Costa, Frinjs and JEV also far down. Buemi started on pole after Di Grassi was booted out of qualying.

The race was a very fun affair, Nissan driver Buemi screwed it up and crashed into the wall, this gifted the win to Sam Bird. JEV, Da Costa and Di Grassi all had issues of their own, spinning and crashing. Waffles also crashed while running 6th. Meanwhile the top ex f1 driver was Wehrlein in the Mahindra finishing 2nd.

d’Ambrosio still leads the title fight, now by a point from Bird. HWA are the only team yet to score a point,
