Student Finance Late

Hi,

My uni only issued my COR this week so it’s very late.

I can see one tuition payment has changed to ‘payment in progress’ due next week, however the maintenance loan payment is still ‘awaiting confirmation’ and the payment date has passed.

Will this be updated and still be released?
Can anyone help?

Hi Jay,

It sounds like the university have only sent us confirmation of your attendance on the course which allows us to release your Tuition Fee Loan payments to them. In order for you to be paid your Maintenance Loan they must also send us confirmation of your registration.

You'll know that we've received this once the payment status for this payment changes to Payment in Progress.
