So I left school in June this year and decided rather than going to get an apprenticeship as I didn’t like the majority of the people going and wanted to start fresh. Since started my apprenticeship in September everything seemed to get worse l. They also told me last week I’m not doing very well and after January I may have to leave (is that even ok?). I don’t even know how to tell my mum this either as she thinks I’m doing really well. But my anxiety gets worse after being told this and no one even understands how I feel. Can anyone help.

If you're not enjoying it, you have to wonder whether the apprenticeship is suitable. If you can't go without the money you'll have to improve. Unless you're confident you can talk about the apprenticeship positively in a future interview.
