Wellbeing and Mindset wellness

Being a student can be both a tough and a fantastic time. I'm looking into what can be done to improve Students' Mindset while studying. There are a lot of options out there surrounding mental wellbeing. Mindset wellness is a little different: When you're already doing quite good but you know that you could be even better!
