Big one itself is obviously meat (Fish and Lean Meats etc) products.
But other great sources are: Pulses Seeds and Nuts Quorn Protein Shakes (Slighty obvious I know!) Many Dairy Products (Milk, Cheese, Yoghurt etc) Soy (Tofu) Beans and Legumes Some grain and cereal-based products are also sources of protein
Obviously if you wanna bulk up you wanna be avoiding fatty foods, so try to avoid things like red meats and focus more on the white meats!
Protein powder, Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Bacon (Only consumed in moderation), Turkey (Lower fat meat than chicken). I did a bulk for 3 months and it wasn't good... didn't feel fit but I was stronger so currently trying to cut.
