LSE and Cambridge are both extremely good, and although only Maths is required most successful candidates have Further Maths as well. If you're looking at universities requiring only Maths, some top ones are UCL, St Andrews, Durham and Warwick.

I agree. Especially UCL and Warwick. Many consider UCL Economics as one of the most quantitative economics degrees, although further maths isn't required as you acknowledge.

Thank you for your reply but I don't think you understood my question. I was wondering which universities would accept a student studying standard maths and economics at higher for a undergraduate drlegr.

That's because you haven't made clear what you mean by standard maths.

So in the IB you have a choice of doing either higher maths, standard maths or maths stidies. I've chosen maths at standard level and higher economics. What universities would accept students with higher economics and standard maths?

Just email the universities you're interested in and ask them directly.
