I have a friend who doesn't eat any red meat but really enjoys chicken, eating some every day but restricting fried chicken to no more than twice a week.
Fruit/veg, carbohydrates, proteins (so chicken in your case), milk and that, then fats/sugars. You can tell I swapped to sport from food lmao.
Ngl, all I can think of is someone eating chicken for breakfast which is wild to me.
