I had accidentally put my wrong exam boards for a few of my GCSE's and I had also put the wrong grade for my french. My french was meant to be a C but I accidentally put a B.
I have messaged the Unis and UCAS about this and made the changes.

Will the unis be annoyed and not consider my application because of this? I have got an offer from Exeter but that was before I realized.

    Please help

Do you meet Exeter's GCSE requirements for the course? If so you're almost certainly fine.

They are professional bodies. They will not get annoyed by little errors like this.

Don't worry the main thing is that the gcse grades they want are correct even so a mistake from a c to a B is hardly going to cause an issue unless it requires a b as you still passed I think the main issue is when people say they have passed and they never or when people say they got straight As for examples rather than straight Cs

No, the universities won't be annoyed - this sort of thing happens from time to time and its not a big deal.
