Hi , don’t quite understand this question. The question says use the data to support this suggestion but how does the data (on graph) relate to the answer given on the mark scheme.

They didn't quote any data from the graph. Not sure why

The graph shows that mutant plants produce more oxygen at low light intensity and high light intensity because graph for mutant plants is higher

This means rate of photosynthesis is higher. They explained this in terms of light dependent reactions
They also explained the effect of this increase in rate of photosynthesis on rate of growth
