Increase your calorie intake. Eat more, basically. That on top of a good workout routine would be optimal.

10-15 times? What’s your workout plan like? You really won’t have had much results since that’s not enough working out to have seen any results. Results don’t just happen overnight. It’s a process that takes months, even years.
