How strict to the word limit do i have to be for my NEA? i'm at 3460 words without quotes. Could I possibly reduce my essay to 3000 words instead of sticking to 2500 and get away with it??

Look it up on the specification on the exam board website.

It should be clear whats included and your scope for exceeding the limit.
