University laptop recommendations? Watch

Hi! I study Psychology at university and am looking for a new laptop. My (approximate) specifications are;

2 in 1 laptop (touchscreen)
13-14 inch, lightweight
Windows operated, ideally i5 and 8GB RAM,
Price range around £700

You may have to buy external drive with these laptops

Another option would be waiting till next year when better laptops come out (or even get bargains during the January sales) and the laptops may be more suited to your needs or the laptops above would be cheaper.
