Eating noodles while watching french cartoon
There's lots of things you can do. Here are my top suggestions:
1. Read a book - Try and aim to read a book a month and pick something you're really interested in.
2. Go for a walk / do some exercise - This always helps me when I'm feeling bored or down.
3. Medidate / do some Yoga - This is also another great option
