Does Cambridge do an MSc Computer Science Conversion Course?

They don't. The MPhil ACS (the only masters course in CS that is available to external applicants) doesn't require students to have studied CS previously, but since it's supposed to prepare you for CS research you need programming experience and an undergraduate degree in a mathematical subject.
