double stress

I’m doing my Alevels this year and been really stressed since the summer not only due to exams/Ukcat/personal statement/interviews but also some family problems. Just came back from another family gathering and it was tense- I’ve kept composed throughout but the stress is slowly getting to me but I don’t want to give in- not when I’m so close to A-levels. I dunno what to do. I need tips and ideas to keep myself focused and calm for my Alevels pls x
