Entirely depends on what interests you. But here's a couple I have enjoyed recently:
* Smashing Physics by Jon Butterworth
* The Copernicus Complex: The Quest for Our Cosmic (In)Significance by Caleb Scharf
* anything at all by Richard Feynman - including his lecture series

That's a very broad question but I will try my best. For 'popular science' books I would recommend Our Mathematical Universe - Tegmark, and Physics of the Impossible - Kaku. For textbooks it really depends what area you are wishing to study, Concepts in Thermal Physics - Blundell, Optics - Hecht, Quantum Physics of Atoms Molecules etc - Eisberg & Resnick are all brilliant reference books for their respective topics.
