I’m really struggling with research methods in AQA psychology a level- can anyone recommend any resources or tips? I’m using AQA past papers and textbooks at the moment.

There are lots of good websites for A Level psychology like tutor2u, simply psychology and lots of other ones. I would reccomend making flashcards as a lot of the research methods stuff is just learning definitions.

I’m struggling with the questions like ‘write a suitable hypothesis for this study.’ A question I’m stuck on the moment is about a study where there are 60 males and 40 females and they want a stratified sample of 20 all together, but the question tasks me how they gained the male participants for her stratified sample.

ahh yeah I see, I haven't done stratified sampling yet so not sure about that either. I guess you just need to revise each type of hypothesis and sampling method etc. so you fully understand it and then do loads of practise questions 🤷*♀️
