steady flow test
Basically I did an experiment of an open system and the system involves;
-Air from background blown into a large tube by a fan motor
- Then it goes through an orifice in which the air goes through a tiny hole in the tube thus a change in pressure*
-Then it is heated by a heater and exits out into the atmosphere.
this involves an open system and so heat is released but my results show that there was a slight heat gain into the system.
Could someone explain why might this be?
