Intersesting day at tthe gym tbh.
Was still sore from monday but happy.
Did have some idiot try and mansplain that my deadlift was wrong and I wasn't wearing the right shoes for it
and I did forget my chalk which was annoying.
(Bench is still dreadful but squats are improving slowly)
