Studying in Quebec: How English is it?

I'm looking at deciding where I want to study for my 3rd year at Uni and am landing on Canada. I currently study International Business with French and seeing that we partner with a Uni in Quebec, I thought it would be ideal to boost my French. The courses I'd be studying are taught in English (my French isn't *that* good, but lived in France for a few years).

Essentially I am trying to find out how French the experience would be. Ideally, I would like to study and socialise in English but have the rest of my life surrounded by French. My level of French means I can't as efficiently socialise as I could in English!
