So I started a healthy lifestyle 2 months ago and ever since, I've become too obsessed. When I'm shopping, i'd look into people's trollies and judge them. Everything i look at i see calories/sugar/carbs (even fruits) and it makes me sick.
I stopped hanging with a friend who likes to eat out all the time. I think i might be going crazy!
Am i too judgemental or is this s*it normal?

Most foods are fine in moderation. You need to stop concerning yourself with other people and focus on yourself.

Yes, you are judgemental. And, no, it’s not normal. You judging other people won’t make the slightest bit of difference to them and it won’t enhance your life either.
