Hello @israahasan The International Centre offers a University of Chester English Language Test (UoCELT) which is delivered and administered via Skype. This test is up to 90 minutes in duration and is accepted by the University of Chester and the UKVI as a means of evidence for your English language proficiency. Please note, this interview can only be undertaken on a computer/laptop with keyboard, reliable internet connection, Microsoft word software and a media player.
