Mocks vs GCSEs

So I got my mock results and tbh there’re rlly not great considering what i’m aiming for and predicted. I was wondering do you think I can achieve the grades I want if I work hard from now?? Please answer and help... here are my mocks va gcse predicted

Maths 7/ 8 or 9
English language 6 / 8
English literature 6 / 8 or 9
Biology 5 / 8
Chemistry 5 / 8
Physics 6. /7 or 8
Art 6. /7
French 6. /8
Geography 6. / 8
Religious studies. 7. /8 or 9

Our Head told us that most people will jump one grade, if you work hard you can jump2 and if you outdo yourself you can jump 3. Just remember, though, that you need to prioritise your mental health, so you shouldn't spend the next 4 months stressing constantly and never having any time off. Seriously, I did precisely that and it was awful, so work, definitely, and you will get the results you want, but also relax sometimes!
