I am trying to determine which statistical analysis I could use to show that after I add certain drugs, that the heart rate of Daphnia changes significantly. I do not know what test to use because the heart rate of each Daphnia starts at different places. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Please see attached.

H0: significant change
H1: no significant change

If they start at different places do percentage change in heart rate.
So:
-percentsge change without drug
-percentsge change with drug
Plot them. But the key is percentage change
If you need further help pm (I just want to help not to give you the full answer yet)
