General History Talk (GCSE)

Hey everyone!
It seems like I'm always stressing about history because tbf it is valid 😂
I'm at gcse level right now just out of curiosity...
What did people find the most useful techniques?
Personally I am on the edexcel (9-1) history gcse course. I'm sitting my exams next year and I was wondering what people do or did to get the content in. What was most effective for you? THANK YOU xxx
I made mindmap summaries to learn the content, and Quizlet to help me memorise dates and stats.
Y13 here-I basically survived off revision cards. Summarising the key points of every topic into 4 or 5 bullet points (colour coded) then having a friend or family member test me on them. I would also recommend past papers and mind maps as well. Don't take my word for it though, it is much better to find a revision method that works for you rather than following advice from a random stranger off the internet. :smile:

BTW, what exam board/topics are you covering?
