i think its generally aimed at under 19s, what would you want to use it for?

I want to apply medicine but I don't have A-levels as I citizen of another country...

IB requires you to be in a school for 2 years, and submit a huge number of essays. Unless you're willing to go back to school, I think A Levels are your best bet
