hy they stop my student finance if the issues is about chilcare?

I have received a letter from SLC where they siad, they blocked my all payments incluide student finance becuase I need to provide some documents from my childcare. It is normal that they just decide to stop my mantenain loan even that the issues relates with childcare grant? If someone know something i will appreciate any help.

Although it is being blocked due to documents required for your childcare grant, when we block payments, we block both the grant and the loan so it is normal. Did you manage to send the documents we have requested from you yet?
